 We do not reserve appointments via email.

• A credit card will be required to reserve appointments
• We require the courtesy of a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid service charges up to 50% of the value of service scheduled.
• We require the courtesy of a 48 hour notice of cancellation for Day Packages or multiple appointments booked on the same day for one or more guests to avoid service charges up to 50% of the value of services scheduled.
• Our dedicated service providers reserve a certain amount of time for your appointment so that you may have the best possible experience. Thank you for choosing One Fine Day for your spa experience!
• A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa appointments. A 24 hour cancellation notice is necessary to avoid being considered a "No Show".
• "No Show" clients will be charged 50% of the value of the services missed. Late arrivals will limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service a late arrival may be classified as a "No Show"
• No refunds are given for Gift Certificates or Jane Iredale Products. Only Aveda, Pureology, and Dermalogica Products may be returned for a full refund.


Check –In Procedures:

• Please check in 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• As a courtesy to other scheduled appointments, your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. We appreciate your punctuality.
