Our Reservation Policy: A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa appointments. A 24 hour cancellation notice is necessary to avoid being considered a "No Show". "No Show" clients will be charged 50% of the value of the services missed. Late arrivales will limit the time for your treatment. Depending on the length of your service a late arrival may be classified as a "No Show".
