One Fine Day Spa & Salon Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the One Fine Day service providers; this time is reserved especially for you, and detrimental to the income of our providers. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget a previously booked appointment. Since the service appointments are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– Repeat “cancellations” may result in you being asked to prepay a NON REFUNDABLE amount for your appointment. The money will be applied to your total at the time of service. If you “NO SHOW” the prepaid amount will be given to the service provider to cover their time.
****You are considered a “NO SHOW” if you are not here 15 minutes after your appointment time. If you may be late, CALL the front desk to let them know. It is then up to the provider if you can still have your appointment time.****
– “NO SHOWS” will be asked to pay the FULL AMOUNT of their missed service before being given the opportunity to book another service with One Fine Day Spa & Salon.
– Appointments made within a 24 hour window that require cancellation, must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time, or those appointments shall result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– Any multiple/ combo services or spa packages must be held with a credit card. Multiple/ combo services or spa not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card “HOLD” transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our One Fine Day team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving or other clients.

Hair Care and Skin Care products can be EXCHANGED or RETURNED within 30 days from date of purchase. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED AFTER 30 DAYS!
Jane Iredale Make Up is only EXCHANGABLE within 30 days of purchase date. NO RETURNS are allowed.
